Welcome to the Murang'a University of Technology marks upload documentation. This guide walks academic staff through the full process of extracting, converting, and uploading student marks into the Microsoft Dynamics system.

How the process works
Uploading marks involves five sequential steps. Each step has a dedicated guide with a tutorial video recorded by MUT staff.

| 1 | Data Mining | Extract consolidated results from ABno |
| 2 | Data Conversion | Convert the exported Excel into the required marks format |
| 3 | Microsoft Dynamics | Generate the official marks template from the new system |
| 4 | Data Editing | Merge and clean the data in Excel |
| 5 | Uploading Marks | Import the final marks file and post to the system |
Before you begin
Prerequisites
- Access to ABno (student academic portal)
- Access to the Marks Conversion Tool at
marks.nt.se.ke - Access to Microsoft Dynamics (new system)
- Microsoft Excel installed on your computer
