In this step, you will extract the consolidated student marks from ABno and export them to an Excel file on your computer.

Step 1 of 5 — Data Mining
What you will do
- Navigate to Student Academic → Academic Results → Consolidated Marks in ABno
- Select the academic year, school, programme, year of study, and session
- Export the data to Excel
Step-by-step instructions
1. Open ABno and navigate to Consolidated Marks
- Log in to ABno.
- From the main menu, select Student Academic.
- Under Student Academic, click Academic Results.
- Click Consolidated Marks.
2. Fill in the search filters
Fill in each filter carefully:

| Programme | EN 200 | Search and select your programme code |
| Year of Study | Year 1 | Repeat for each year (1 through 4) |

Collect all years and sessions
You must repeat this process for each year of study (Year 1 through Year 4) and each session (Semester 1 and Semester 2) that the students attended. This ensures you have the complete academic history.
3. Display and export the data
- After selecting all filters, click Display (or Print).
- The system may take a moment to process — this is normal.
- Once data appears, click the Export to Excel option.
- Save the file to a folder on your computer.
- You can name it anything you like (e.g.
consolidated_EN200_sem1.xlsx).

- Open the saved file in Excel and confirm the data has exported correctly.
You now have your student marks data in Excel format, ready for conversion.
